Arrangements for booking a place on a bus
Along with the latest printed Programme, you will have found a bus booking form with details of the walks with buses which have been organised for the rest of this year. There are two ways you can use this sheet:
• Decide which buses you wish to book for the rest of the year, complete the appropriate section of the sheet for each of these walks then send the sheet with one cheque to cover the total cost of all the buses you have booked to Peter Allan
• If you want to book buses individually throughout the year as before, complete the section of the sheet for that bus, cut it out and send it to Peter Allan with your cheque.
All buses will cost £10. Bookings are NOT confirmed until payment in full has been made. Refunds will only be given when a genuine reason like illness prevents attendance.
It is advisable to phone the bus convenor, Peter Allan to check that there are places avaliable on the bus. If Peter confirms that there are still places, send the booking form and cheque to him.
You can contact Peter by email on:
buses@bearsdenandmilngavieramblers.org.uk
Important Note
When sending in cheques for Social Events or Buses, please make cheques payable to “Ramblers Association Bearsden and Milngavie Group”.
For Social Events, write the name and date of the event on the back of the cheque. If you use the bus booking form, you don’t need to write on the back of the cheque.
